May have been the cause on your '10, but not the '12s. They are no longer using the rollers they previously used. There were lots of coaches at the factory when we were with the same...

I would probably go back to the factory to have the rollers replaced. The long slide can be done by tilting it up, but the PS slide has to be completely removed from the coach to replace the rollers....
