Thanks All! I bought a new ODB-II after calling Actron... They said it would not work on newer trucks....
So I cleared the CEL.... which btw was caused by the technician leaving the Oil cap off...

When I plug in the ODB-II, it comes on, which kinda tells me its not a fuse.. I press READ and it starts trying to scan.. then it pops up with No Link.

Maybe scanner just too old? idk?

ODB-II fuse

getting "No Link" when I try to scan code.. Per Autozone, its a blown fuse.. normally cigarette lighter... does anyone know where this fuse might be?

I've checked fuses now and have not found 1...
