I have a new (Oct 2010) R-410A Basement Air unit....

I have a new (Oct 2010) R-410A Basement Air unit. But did not change out the T-stat, so have the old algorithm. Also having issues of Elec/Gas heat, operating in & out of each mode. Called RVP today...
