You could plug in the regular cable on the outside. You should be able to watch satellite find the way ( Thas the way I had mind until I install the crack up satellite).

I'm using a universal auto lock unit from eBay, and for the door wiring im using door jam switch ( use for slidding doors) and I'm waiting on the keypad from a ford unit.

Keyless entry with keypad

I will be adding a new keyless entry with keypad to my Rv in the next few week, this way I won't have to carry keys when I go to the beach.
