Try turning the valve on your tank to off and...

Try turning the valve on your tank to off and open slowly...the valve has a shut off inside in case of hose rupture will pop closed ...even some times if you open the shut off valve to quickly this...

Hey beanjr... Most have a tube ...rubber more than likely...passenger side under dash craw under behind the right front tire and should be near passengers side in the foot area clean out with a coat...
