Got it fixed! we disconnected the negative...

Got it fixed! we disconnected the negative battery cable for 30 minutes, when we reconnected the cable the DVDs player was back on menu. Thank you for all your suggestions.

It is still under warranty, if all else fails I'll take it back to dealer.

DVD disapeared from menu in Infotainment center

Put a cd in the player on our infotainment center and nothing happened so I went to menu, the cd/ dvd icon has disapeared from my menu, when I hit the eject button it dims and brightens the screen,...
