FYI , I have also replaced the bulbs with higher performance bulbs to no avail. I also made sure the headlight aiming was correct . Nothing that I have found seems to help except the "fog" lights !

Yup did the same with Rain X Blades. Removed one rivet on the clip on the new blades and put them on. I also used foam pipe insulation for 1/2 inch pipe to keep them covered when not in use..
