I have a 2018 31 g Minnie. The motor has to be running for the jacks to operate. I would think you're house batery,s my were Napa and shouldn't have failed yet.

I once had a Coachmen class A that the kitchen sink drain was plumbed into the black water tank. And yes the drain valve on my Minnie Winnie is hidden under the bed also.

I have had this problem with the last 2 Winebagos. I was told it was due to a check valve in the water pump. Sureflow sent a rebuilt kit which didn't help. Then a new pump . that didn't help either....
