2017 minnie drop 170s A/C suddenly stopped

Hi, the A/C cut out on our Minnie Drop travel trailer. We were hooked up to 30amp power. I called a few repair shops and no one will even schedule me an appointment.
And ideas on how I could...

Thanks for the quick reply, are the tank heaters different than heat being blown by duct towards tanks?

I haven't purchased one yet but I'm in between purchasing a new 2021 1700bh or a used 2020...
