Battery interconnect cable NUTZ

Not sure how to deal with this connecter .clearly cant get to the nut and I don't really want to start cutting it up any one seen this before . The lug nut is recessed into the strap .?

Well that didnt work ,removed every fuse and...

Well that didnt work ,removed every fuse and relay in the Auto Chassis 12-Volt Breaker Panel and tested inverter. it went to overload despite every fuse and relay being removed one after the other.

Ok poped out and screws removed None lost so far. Seems the front of the plastic basket is screwed into the inside of the cabinet frame with no access to the screwheads .They will be sacrificed .
