Dear Customer,
These are not Freightliner provided options. Winnebago does have the option
to use some of our ign and acc fuses. These would be 10 or 15 AMP , located
in the Freightliner fuse panel up front. Or are in the Winnebago fuse panel
for their chassis related options. I do not think our drawings would help
in this matter.

Major kangaroo,
Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your promotion from Captain. Please say hi to Mr Greenjeans for us.
Did you test the fuses or just look at where they were and verify the numbrs were correct?

On our '04 Vectra, also a Freightliner chassis, there is a bank of push-button 12v fuses in the outside bay right below the driver seat. In ours, there are ones labeled "radio", "12v receptacles", "heater AC" and many others. Do you have similar, and have you checked those? Though have to say, it's strange that so many unrelated items are not working for you.

That storage box is essentially empty beyond a switch and a bay light that does not come on . Thanks

On the OP's 2004 Journey that panel is under the front hood on the driver's side. See the Front End Wiring Installation diagram for his coach.
