It is the screw crank on the window. It is the circle that you spin to open and close the window.

we have a 2003 journey and i am just wondering when we are plugged in at a park is there a way that the hot water heater would work on electric or is it always suppose to work on propane.

it is a atwood water heater. It was working somewhat before he replaced the thermostat. The problem we have is the thermal fuse kept blowing out after hot water heater was on for a couple of days....
