Good morning from desert center, ca.. Just having some get acquainted time with my 2004 adventure 38r.. I fell in love when I saw this on the dealers lot.. Paint looked brand new, cedar Green.. But the stickers looked old.. She has an odor outside on being in a Barn. Where I bought it was in the country and it smelled like livestock so I didn't notice it... But inside she is pretty darned fantastic.. it has 36,000 miles on it..
Yes, body paint has been done.. There is overspray on the door frame..I got new tires and there was a recall on the calipers so I also got new brakes and rotors. Waist down, she is brand new... Motor runs well but the headlights are pathetic, so I am going to look for replacements.. Any hello would be appreciated.. I'll be watching,
Nice to meet you all,
Polly
Well Polly, I would guess that the barn yard smell will go away with time. Sounds like a nice coach otherwise so just enjoy.

Welcome to the site! Been through Desert Center a few times on our way out to Patton's Desert Training Center camps. Do you have the Workhorse chassis? Seems as though I recall a caliper recall on those units. Sounds like you got a pretty good Adventurer, have fun with it and safe travels!
