New to Winnebago Brand
We just went to the Tampa RV Show several days ago. We have another brand’s travel trailer, which we enjoy. We just started looking at motor homes in anticipation of retirement in four years. My BIL has a Winnie, which they love. We looked at many different manufacturers and were very disappointed in the fit and finish of all but the Winnebago brand. The cabinets are not as pretty and the countertops are cheap looking. We have solid surface in ours, which is nice. I don’t have to have solid surface, but I at least want a pretty Formica type laminate. Bath sizes were very small and bathroom storage was limited in most units. We were very impressed with Winnebago and have looked at a good bit of information on line about how they manufacture the units and at the built in safety features, which are higher standards than other motor home manufacturers. We will now strongly consider a Winnebago, even though we are entrenched as rally organizers for another brand.
