Greetings cvodave,
The instructions for disinfecting your fresh water tank & system is found on page 7-3 of your Owner's Manual.
Welcome to the forum.

Per the on-line brochure, Your 31G has a fresh water tank capacity of 44 gallons. Your Owner's Manual says to mix ¼ cup of bleach per 15 gallons of water, so here is how to proceed:
  1. Drain your fresh water tank
  2. Drain your fresh water fill hose and then hook-up the male end to your motorhome's tank fill.
  3. Pour ¾ cup of bleach into the open female end of your fresh water hose, and then connect that to the fresh water spigot on your home.
  4. Fill your fresh water tank & turn-on your water pump.
  5. Run all hot & cold taps in the motorhome until you can smell the bleach coming through, then shut it off. You will need to leave the first hot water tap on until six gallons goes through (which is the capacity of the hot water tank.)
  6. Let the system sit for four hours
  7. Drain the fresh water tank and refill with fresh water. Flush-out all motorhome taps; hot & cold. Again, you will need to run six gallons out of the first hot water tap to clear the hot water tank.
Your instructions say that you can double the concentration of bleach if you have the need.
Thanks, Eagle5
