This one is easy:
If you camp in areas with 70 (or lower) degree highs... Yes.
If you camp in areas with 80 degree highs... mostly.
If you camp in areas with 90 degree highs... mostly not.
If you camp in areas with high 90s to 100s... definitely not.
So, it's up to you and the temperatures, humidity and sunshine you choose to follow.
We have two A/Cs and even both of them cannot keep our RV cool in high temps (95+). The key is to start cooling the RV early in the day, park away from direct sunshine coming in your front window in the afternoon and close all shades on the side of the RV that gets afternoon sun.
PS. Stay away from Vegas, Tucson, Phoenix, South Texas, South Florida, etc in the summer.
