I had the same smell issue and was sure I had a dead animal somewhere and I went crazy looking in all nooks and crannies I could find.
I eventually found that the toilet gasket (what would be a wax ring on a home toilet) somehow had partly collapsed, not enough to leak but sure allowed the smell to come out.
I replaced the gasket and all the smells went away. Bought a spare toilet gasket just in case.
I think next visit I will have the inspection camera and check the bottom of the toilet-to-tank route, as well as the vent pipe connection to the tank. Not a bad idea to look at the grey water side of things too I guess.
I think I will pull the toilet for good measure and check everything there.
We are not going back until December (the coach is out west for the winter) and if it was a dead critter, it will have finished its smelly stage.
The person checking the coach this week said the odor seemed less.
I have a 2005 40AD. I found the same odors coming from under our sink. I found it was coming from the water bay under the sink. Some of the odors, if not all, were coming from the stored sewer hose. I now replace the sewer hose annually and keep the sewer hose end closed when stored.

Thanks, I tried that too. Took everything out and washed it, but to no avail.
