Between the cap and the end of the gutter on my coach there is not enough space for the spout to go into. It needs about another 1/2 inch of room.
Has anyone or did anyone have to cut the gutter itself to make more room for the spout? Thanks

ichn, I have the same problem. I mounted the rear gutter extensions OK, but the front can't be done easily. I'm interested in what others have done too.

Are you using the gutter spouts from Camping World? Was going to buy a set this weekend and wanted to know if they would mount OK and if they really worked.

I have had the gutter spouts from camping World and they work ok.
I think the spouts from Lazydays are a little better but they don't fit the space.
The gutter needs to be cut back about 1/2 inch and I don't know if they are worth the trouble.
Good Miles,,Jim..

I had to go back and look at Jim Bob's pics when he did the gutter spouts on his Horizon. His front (and rear caps) are spaced away different from ours... He had a space beween the cap and the end of the gutter for the spout to nest. Looky here:
Jim Bob's gutter spouts
Hmmm...

Troth, you are absolutely right. His is way different from ours. I went back out and checked , we have a different gutter, (when you stick the stem in the gutter the drain spout is not verticle but leans way out) and his cap is different. Notice his drain is on top of the cap an fits flush to it where ours is indented and would never fit. Oh well back to the CW type which didn't really do the job... Thanks for all your help, Jim..Good Miles and
