Humidity Increase after A/C stops

Hi all, new owner of a 2100BH here. I’ve noticed that when the actual ac is running the humidity is low and great. As soon as the ac turns off and just the fan is on, within 30 mins the humidity goes from under 50% to 70%. Temp also increases a few degrees.

Does it not recycle the cabin air, or are there changes I can make for it to do that? Seems like a very large increase to me.

Normal.
The AC removes the water from the air. Once off it starts creeping back up unless you have a perfectly sealed cabin with no sources of water/water vapor, including humans.

Also, the water removed while running may be sitting there not having made it to the drain, which gets reabsorbed.

There are no perfectly sealed motor homes.

Adding to BarryLL's reply above, the cooling coil will still be wet when compressor the cycles off. With the fan "on" that water will turn to vapor again with the air passing over the coil. Would be better to let the fan cycle with the compressor. If you feel you need the air movement then a small fan might work better.
