Add Oven To Micro Minnie?

Hi, I was maybe one of the few ( I doubt it) who was really unhappy that they removed the oven from the Micro Minnie's kitchen. I have read someplace though that Winnebago Dealers can replace the cook top and the drawer underneath it and add a oven. True, it's probably the typical 17inch oven but at least it's a oven.
Has anybody done this? Has anybody gone "hog wild" (sorry, country boy here) and altered the bottom drawer also and installed a 21inch?
Win. should have least kept a oven (21") as a option. The only other option I guess would be buy a large counter top toaster oven, but there just isn't that much counter top in a Micro.
There's a lot of us cardiac, diabetic people who has to seriously watch our diets. C'Mon Winnie!!! Give us a choice!!!......please?

I have not seen that option in the Micro Minnies, did they replace the microwave with a micro/convection oven instead?

In terms of installing a big oven, I think the biggest complication is the fact that they have now located the converter and distribution panel behind that false drawer near the floor. I doubt it is a show-stopper, but it is a complication beyond just reworking the cabinetry.

How did you make out here. I want to go the other way and remove the oven and replace with a cooktop and cupboard doors.
