Slow grey water draining is better than black water as we hope it's just soap and grease!
When living in a lake cabin and on septic, we found the products that use enzymes was a real good idea. I did all the plumbing on remodeling and that meant cutting open PVC pipes where I found some were at least 1/4 full of caked on grease, soap, etc. but after we run some form of the enzymes they did clear up!
Rid-X is the big name brand but we got something of the same but less adverts and cheaper. An RV seems to be just right for using them as it is a slow working thing and leaving the enzymes in the system while it is stored can give it much more time to work before being washed on down the line.
Maybe just a small dose in each drain trap is a way to start and pretty cheap?
