Shower drip 2006 View H

Hi all, just bought this camper. I have removed shower hose, inspected washer, and reattached hose after wrapping threads w plumber's tape. The leak persists. I'm thinking the next step is to remove the white plastic buttons and the screws underneath, cut the caulk to remove the panel to access the stems behind. Any suggestions? Detailed manuals did not accompany this vehicle.

Depends where and what this drip is really doing.
RV faucets in the shower are designed to drip after we turn them off as a way to make sure there is not water left standing in the hose all winter so we forget and let it freeze!

So the question IS?
Does it leak full time like the cartridges or washers are not closing well OR is it only leaking for a bit after being used so the hose drains?
Maybe try it by laying the shower head down in the floor, leave the pump or water on and see if it drains out and stops. If it continues the faucet needs a bit of look.

Maybe the faucet needs work or maybe it is just doing what's expected??
