Drip from fresh water tank outlet 2016 View J

We just noticed that even with the fresh water tank valve and the two "low point" valves fully tightened closed in our 2016 View J, there is a persistent slow drip from the fresh water tank outlet. Thinking it's a matter of draining the fresh water tank, unscrewing the valve and replacing the washer. Any other input would be appreciated.
