HWH fluid cap/dip stick broken from tank

Hi. I have a 2006 Winnie View. In trouble shooting the levelers, I have learned that the hydraulic fluid tank cap, just spins when you try to remove the cap. The threaded neck is attached to the tank, but it spins like an axle bearing. Has anyone experienced this? Does anyone know how to fix it? I’m taking all suggestions! Thank you!
