Something is coming up through the floor 2015 Ultralite 27RBDS

So, I've felt this small lump under the linoleum of my 2015 Ultralite for sometime now hoping it wouldn't get worse. But now I see it has broken through the linoleum and I assume is going to become a huge issue.

Since the underside of the camper is sealed in for extended 3-season use you can't easily see what is happening there. This is the side of our large slide so I'm thinking it could be part of that leverage system perhaps pushing through when the slide is extended and leveraging it's counter weight upwards? Just a guess. It certainly doesn't look like a nail head. It's about 1/2 inch in length.

Has anyone had this experience before? Any ideas as to what it might be?

I've always assumed as this trailer gets older there would be some large repair expense in my future for something, but I always assumed it'd be the roof. Not this. This has me concerned on the cost to even figure it out.

Almost looks like a piece of trash that was there when the linoleum was put down. Try trimming around it to see if you can remove it. If so then seal the spot.
