Ekko grey water sensor "Not communicating"

On the control panel under grey water, I see a message saying sensor "no comm" which I take to mean "not communicating". Has anyone encountered this before? What are possible causes and potential fixes?
The control panel was replaced under warranty about a year ago, so I am surprised that we're seeing problems again so soon!
Thanks

One of the first things to know in repair is what one is working on!
Since Rv change quickly from year to year and each year, make, and model has different equipment, there is no way to begin to look at the problem.
