2018 Minnie Winnie 25B Rear Marker Light Replacement
Hi Everyone,
Has anyone replaced a rear marker light on this model? This simple job has turned into misery. I taped around the light,removed the screws, and carefully cut through the silicone around the perimeter of the light to free it from the body. I removed the plastic base from the soft rubber socket, but the socket is totally tight in the fiberglass hole. See attached photo 1860. I'm hoping that the back of the socket is like the photo 1861 of the new one (which is a Winnebago factory part) with the pigtails to wire. Is there any special technique to get this socket out without destroying it? I'm afraid to put any more pressure on it without knowing what is behind there. I don't want to break off the wires and lose them inside the body. Thanks for looking!
