Our step won't extend. It was fine when we were loading up and getting ready to leave the house. We hit the road and drove about 4 hours and got the our campground and the step won't extend. Checked the power is on, the light under the step that is illuminates when the step is extended is on. checked fuses, nothing binding it up that I can tell.
Just a thought. I had issues at one time with my steps. Cleaned all the pivot pins and gears with brake cleaner and then lubricated all moving parts. Worked like new steps. Worth a try.
