Winnie roof delamination
My 2007 Voyage has developed some bubbles in top of the roof that I suspect are delamination. The edges have always been sealed properly
and there is no sign of cracks or water damage inside.
Any ideas on what is going on and possible solutions.
( Alas, I am 2nd owner and Winnie 10yr roof warranty only covers
original owner. )

If it were me, I would cut the lifted part off or back to where
it was NOT lifted. Dry and clean, then look into a tape/sealant
called ETERNABOND. Its is good STUFF, and has worked for
me 10 or so yr.
Or you could let her FLY, and try to get your insurance to pay
for roof replacement.
I don't think Winnie would pay for a replacement if you were
the first owner. Unless you had your local dealer seal the edge
ever yr. and you could document it. As this has been an issue
for 15 or so yrs. Don't ask me how I know...............coop

Well,
First off, you "Suspect" delamination. Do you have any sort of proof that, that's exactly what's happening? I mean, could it be simply a bubble of some sort that's developed within the fiberglass sheet itself. Before I'd go "cutting" any sections out, I'd get a pretty good fiberglass specialist up there for a real consulting to the problem.
Second, did you just notice this problem, if not, how long has this been going on and, if it's been there for a while, has it gotten any worse? If it was there when you purchased the coach (however long ago that was) and, it's not gotten any worse, then based on the pics I see, I'd leave it alone. But a bit more info on it's previous vs present condition might help here.

Crane Composites made your roof. Here is a link to a pdf download of their 12 page document "Recreational Vehicle Repair Techniques". The first page lists phone #'s and email for service help. I'd email them your photos and get suggestions.
I just double checked the warranty to make sure you're right about original owner only.....you are correct on that.
Five yrs ago I had rear cap repair and asked for a quote to repaint the roof radius, clear coat was gone and lots of small cracks. The mgr recommended making a warranty claim to Crane since the fiberglass should not be cracking like it was. After many denials, Crane sent me a $5400 check after they received a subpoena to appear in small claims court.

I second Scott's opinion. One way of repairing fiberglass "blisters" is to fill them with epoxy using a syringe. Expert fiberglass shops (boat shops, especially) can identify when this is possible, and it far less expensive than more intrusive repair methods.

Did you contact Winnebago? You have a 10 year warranty on the roof.

Found out that warranty only applies to original owner when I called Winnegabo to try to file a claim. They looked up my serial number.
