Issue with Solis 2021 59P stove

Hi All,

has anyone experienced issues with their stove on their Solis 59P stove?
mine will run the two burners for about a minute before it shoots out a flame thru the opening around the sliding shelf below the stove. kind of scary. seems to be leaking/accumulating gas until there is a enough for it to ignite from lit burners above.

its headed in for service for sure, but thought I would post as well in case anyone else was experiencing this issue - or might. not good.

I had a problem with my regulator ... cause it to not even light.

hmm. wonder if they are problematic in general...
