Sunstar 35 LXF bedroom slide outlets
Hello friends!
Smokey has spent 5 days running on generator w no issues. We have been using bedroom outlets to charge phones at night, no problems.
Today moved to a KOA along the way, hooked to 50 amp power post and set up for the night. Every outlet in the coach is functioning fine, no GFCI tripped, wife went to bed no power in either outlet on the passenger side bedroom slide….
- breakers not tripped
- no GFCI problems
- all kitchen/ bath/ living area outlets r fine
- washer/ dryer has power
- air conditioners work
- I have reset GFCI
- tripped and reset breakers
Any ideas on why such a localized outage???
Kinda stumped.
Thank you in advance for the help!

Update:
Removed outlets from wall, nothing obviously wrong- connections look fine and no damage to surrounding insulation showing.

All drawings are filed by year, make, floorplan, and possibly build date!

It will take some work to move stored items and cut an access panel out.
I have never seen any ways to get into that space to check connections.
Idk what else I can check w out cutting?

Can't really make any suggestions until we know what RV you have!
They change them every year and sometimes twice a year!

Smokey,
I think that the 2 bedside outlets are connected through the inverter.
Check the fuses/breaker for the inverter and any on the inverter.
On shore power, the 120v should pass through the inverter to the outlets however if the inverter fuse/breaker is blown, it might not pass through.

I took a look at the inverter on our 2014 Sunstar 35f and saw that there is a GFCI outlet on it.
You might want to check if it has been tripped.
Safe travels.

Recently, I have been researching the inverter and circuit PUR-2 for my fridge. The two bedroom outlets appear to be on a different circuit and noted as BRN in the load center. See attached drawing and check the load center to see if this breaker may be tripped.

This info will be on dwg. #4
Good luck,

Update
Update:
I did a complete shutdown of coach from shore power, 5 minutes
During shutdown I followed the Magnum energy steps to do a soft reset.
Checked for GFCI trip- everything was normal
After completing soft reset I powered the coach back up and waited another 5 minutes.
Confirmed power was stable and ac units were operating
Bedside outlets still have no power
Next steps to remove cover from junction box under bed and examination for connection issues
I will update when I have any news. Please comment with any details you feel may help determine why my sunstar 35LXF has no power on the bed slide.
Thank you all
