Leveling Jacks Hydraulic tank 1988 Itasca Suncruiser

We have a 1988 Itasca Suncruiser, jacks will not raise, where can we find the resevoir on our rig? Also, if it doesn't fix them, any tips on what could be the issue? TIA.

Just so we don't have to guess and make assumptions, what is the make and model of your leveling system.
There are 4 different mfgrs. of MH leveling systems and each is different.
If you find any numbers on any of the components beginning with AP it is a HWH leveling system, can't speak to the other brands.

Not shown on the online drawings that I spot but a good guess and method to find the pump and reservoir is to check underneath and near the front as the wiring from the controls near the dash are normally short. Possible to spot near or just back of the drivers seat?
Note that there will be hydraulic lines running from each jack to the central point at the pump. Often 8 lines from the four jacks and they all come together at the pump, so it's a big bundle of them and easy to spot where they all come together.
Do you have the manual telling how and when to check the fluid as it needs to be done with the jacks in the right up or down position.

Warning? If you spot a plug on the side of the tank, make sure there is not another one on the top as opening the lower one can get a tub full of fluid down your arm and
heading for your face!

Other points to consider are to check that the lights come on at the control panel to indicate it is not an electrical problem but also check things that need to be done first like put the park brake on, etc.
That's where following the manual may be needed as some vary just enough to throw us off! Make sure all the right lights are coming on at the right time?

The above is good advice, I do not know your system at all. However I do know hydraulics. You need to check, are there two hoses, one at each end of each piston? If so above, as they are double acting. If only one hose at top single acting and usually spring retracted.

I used to have a 1996 Winnebago Adventurer. the jacks were bulled up into storage position by springs after the valve was opened for the fluid to return to the tank. The control valve, referred to as the joy stick was on the left side of the driver's seat. Sometimes the springs would hesitate in returning to storage. I have pushed on them to give them a start at times.
