On my Adventurer, which is identical to the Suncruiser, there was Velcro strips on both bottom corners and a metal hanging hook in the middle at the top.

Pull the bottom away from the wall and then lift up on the picture.

Inside or out?
Can you give us a better idea of what materials? A picture hung on an inside wall or a picture painted on the outside as they will take different methods!
What size is "large"?
If you can get a picture, it will lead to better ideas!

Here's what the picture looked like in my Adventurer and the OP's Suncruiser is an Itasca version of the Adventurer. The OPs RV is a different year, but they have stuck with this setup for a lot of years.

Okay, I was thinking it had to be something more difficult like a picture actually ON the wall, rather than hanging on it!

Even the heavy mirror behind the bed headboard was attached with HD Velcro. the hook N loop held but the glue failed, the mirror fell straight down and broke.
I have a wall in the kitchen covered with mirror panels, some of which also have the glue failing. i bought a spray can of industrial glue and plan to remove those 2' x 4' mirror panels for re-gluing.the Velcro to the wall.
