Whenever it rains my driver side rear view mirror gets covered with road mud, during snow showers it ices. Seems like the strong clean wind is directed away from the mirror, this allows the mud to get splashed onto the mirror. Anyone else have this problem? Did you find a solution? Thanks
Hi Larry,
You might try a little experiment before applying the mirror rain visor, and that would be to tape-on 4" long pieces of old-style white cotton string around the perimeter of your mirror, when it is dry of course. As you go down the road, they will act as streamers, and you can see from whence the winds come. Then, you can install your visor where it will work well.
Please send us picture(s) of your results, OK?
Thanks, Eagle5
