Carefree of Colorado slideout awning spring

I have a 2019 Winnebago Adventurer 30T. After speaking with a Carefree of Colorado tech, it appears I need to replace the spring. I have the manual but would be interested in any personal experience changing the spring and even more a video of the process. Thank you for any information you can provide.

Check on YouTube for videos - I remember using them to adjust spring tension - hope there's some for replacement.
