No power at Sunpower Flex panel

\']For the most part I use our Sunpower Flex panels to the charge on our Wiinebago View when not in use. I have the option to plug in to 120 volt, but why when the coach is parked in full sun. Solar has successfully kept the top charge on the battery without issue but today I peeked into the coach and hit the main light switch, nothing. I went to the One Place and Zamp control panel and sure enough the coach batteries are flat dead. I powered on the converter/charger and it powered up the One Place to show a battery voltage of 10 volts and rising.
So something went out on the solar because the Zamp isn't showing anything and it was full sun.

I take my meter and check the two Sunpower panels; 19 volts on one and zero on the other. When I plug the panel with zero volts I hear arc - indicating a short.
I leave the one solar panel producing voltage plugged in and head back down to check the Zamp - it's powered up and pushing current. I head back up and plug the zero voltage panel in and return to check the Zamp - it's dead.
So, I have an apparent dead Sunpower Flex panel or with a short.
Sunpower doesn't provide anything more than a simplified install manual - no technical support documents and found nothing on the internet regarding troubleshooting Sunpower Flex panels.

Anyone out there with experience on the Sunpower? I assume the panel will need to be replaced but before going that route thought to inquire.

My batteries are the orginal flooded NAPA batteries and were very healthy before this event. I am letting them equalize then float charge then I will load test them to evaluate their condition. Not the best timing as we have a boondocking trip coming up so I will need my solar as well as battery capacity.

For those that would ditch the Sunpower Flex panel - what is the ideal replacement? Preferrably something that doesn't make new holes in the roof.

Thanks in advance.
Bobby
