House batteries not charging via solar

We have a 2014 itasca ellipse 42gd. We just got back from a 9 month trip and the rig has been parked at storage for the past month. Went back today and the gouse batteries were dead. We have the solar panel on top and just had the solar controller replaced last year. Our batteries are not even 2 years old and are agm batteries. Any idea why the solar panel may not be charging the batteries? Unfortunately had the batteries replaced at camping world so not sure if the screwed something up. If I replace them again. Any recommendations? Thanks for the help.
