EMS mod 620 voltage no +12v when on 50A

I've been trying to locate the source of the +12V signal on pin 8 of J4 on the mod 620 control board. It is supposed to be there when hooked to 50A. Mine does not have and volatage on that. Everything works but shreading happens when it shouldn't be. EMS works fine with generator running. I've tried to locate the source of that voltage via the wiring diagram set but can't find it. I suspect a loose connection or relay(?) somewhere. I'm hoping someone in this forum knows the source for it. 2006 Suncruiser IPG38T.
