I have a Trik-L-Start that I need to install on my Itasca Suncruiser 33V, but I cannot locate the battery isolator. Can anyone tell me where to look?

It's usually in the battery bay, on the wall or a strut.

I installed my Trik-L-Start in the battery box since it is most convenient and better overall to attach the three wires directly to the battery posts -- IMHO.

I also mounted mine in the battery box attached to the wall and hooked up to the batterys rite there but in answer to your question your isolater should be mounted behind the fuse panel that sits above the propane tank thats where mine was it was just easier to mount in battery box

My propane tank is located at the extreme rear on the right side of the rig. The battery is under the entry door steps on the right side. So it is unlikely to be near the propane tank. Thanks anyway for the suggestion.

My 2004 Itasca 33 V came stock with a small solar charger for the house batteries that would mean a Trickle Charger wouldn't be needed. What year is your 33V and are you sure you don't have the small solar charger. In the sunlight there will be a small green light on the panel indicating that the charger is active.

Lee - I think you will find both solenoids behind the fuse panel, just above and to the rear of the aux batts, all under the entry step. The directions that come with the Trik-l-Start show how to bridge alternate posts on the solenoids. Hope this helps.

I don't know the year of your Suncruiser. Mine is a 2012 37F and the battery isolation solinoid is located behind the left panel of the compartment to the right of the main door. Breaker panel is right above it.
