At a loss about Battery Drain 2018 Micro Minnie 2106FBS

I have a 2018 2106. Last fall, I took out the 2 battleborn batteries and stored them inside. I hooked them up this spring and the panel in the camper showed 4 red lights. Everything worked. NOw, 2-3 week later the batteries are at 11.6 volts which is about 5% capacity according to battleboorn. Hooked up to the home power like I did all last year. The lights all work in the camper. It is not charging the batteries now. Yes, I did turn the battery bypass to on/green. 2 batteries in series. When I disconnect the wires from the terminal I tape each group of wires together, label each group, and label the batteries so I know which way to put them in.

I now assume the problem is with the camper and not the batteries.

Any ideas?

In a trailer the propane detector stays on when the battery switch is off so that could have drawn the batteries down. If they get too low the BMS will shut them off to protect them, so now you have to wake them up per the instructions for your battery brand.

According to the Battleborn website, the BMS does not occur until the batteries are at 10 or less. Mine were at 11.14. They do seem to be charging briefly now. See below.

A few more developments. The emergency brake pin was part of the way out. I pushed it back in. Under the frame of the trailer on the drivers side is a box with a small circuit breaker? that was popped out. When I push it back in, the batteries start to charge. It only takes 3-5 seconds to go up .01 on the charge. Within a minute or two, the circuit breaker in the box pops out again.

Do I have to move the trailer a little to disengage the emergency brakes? *
Thoughts?

Two 12V batteries in series???? That isn't right, they must be wired in parallel.

There must be a short or failed appliance that is tripping the breaker, remove all the 12-volt fuses in your power panel and replace them one at a time to find the bad circuit and go from there!
