Any recommendations for an overall RV technician (as in non-chassis work) in the Boston area? We have a good engine mechanic, but are looking for someone to do any necessary work on all the systems Winnebago added to the blank chassis (electrical, plumbing, leveling, propane, etc.). Tia!
Hi S.Rodimus,
One method that seems to work well is to browse to Google Maps: https://www.google.com/maps/
and then enter into its search box: Mobile RV Repair near Boston, Massachusetts <Enter>
I see this guy who looks pretty good:
TRIC RV Mobile Mechanic
4.6 star rating with 40 reviews https://tricmobilervrepair.com/
Thanks, Eagle5

I live in western ma and found a mechanic who does the chassis stuff and works with a camper place that does the coach stuff. Both independent types. i call the Winnebago dealer in CT if I need factory parts. Camping world is close by for other stuff. there may be independ3nt camper places that do coach near you. i was lucky and have an actual Ford dealer a mile away to do service for my rig.
Use these lookup websites to find a mobile RV technician, then call and ask questions before committing; like qualifications, experience with your model RV, etc.
Any competent RV technician will not be offended by such requests..

We used Jim at [email protected] to inspect one before we bought in the Boston area. He's amazing, long experience, great manner, very expert in RV tech. If he's not doing what you need, he likely knows someone good.
