Parking Brake (F53) Oil Maintenance

Anyone ever checked there "Parking Brake" Oil Level? I was getting ready to lube all the fittings and spray the linkage, and came across this in the manual (yes, I read it, a bit OCB - =) It calls out to use Mercon V See below

No, absolutely not. Because as it says, "don't check this unless you have verified proof of a leak."

I see no leak. So, it doesn't need any checking on my part.
