Any thoughts on how to silence squeaky brackets? Specifically one pictured by rhodesaz

My living room TV is on a Televetor and it has this huge complicated metal attachment to connect the TV to the lift. It squeaked so bad we ended up putting heavy towels over the TV before lowering it. It didn't stop the squeak but it muffled it.

With a lot of testing I found exactly where the squeak was coming from and wedged a piece of plastic between two metal parts and that fixed it once and for all.

The back of our 32" Vizio in the kitchen of our preowned 2014 Sunstar with about 8k on it, with the custom metal bracket and copious amounts of VHB tape, had still started to fracture when I replaced the sheet steel with an oversized Harbor Freight articulating mount.

Thanks for all the input on mounting a new TV. I have a swing out bracket that will wok and open up that space behind for additional storage. I need help on the best way to remove the old TV without destroying the cabinetry. I was able to get the middle area TV out after discovering the hidden bolts use to secure that massive bracket, but I see a large frame/bracket around the bedroom one. But there does not appear to be any access to it. Thanks for any ideas

My bedroom tv is/ was in a cabinet w/ exposed underside. A panel on the underside is easily removed to get to the nuts holding the metal strap in place over the tv.
