Itasca Sunova 2002 27ft vacuum lines replacement

How to get under dashboard?
My plastic lines are all gone. I want to replace them, but I can't figure out how to get under dashboard

Not sure if this will help but on my 2003 Sunova, the part of the dash with the instrument cluster, radio, and heat/AC/vent controls was attached to the main dash with only a piano hinge on the back. It just tipped up toward the windshield. Once tipped up, I had pretty easy access to replace all the vacuum lines.

Yeah I feel like it can be tipped over and passenger side is pretty free to go.
But on driver side something is holding it and I can't figure out what exactly. Maybe there is some latch?
