Driver’s seat won’t swivel 2019 Sunstar LX 27N

2019 Sunstar 27 XL Lever to swivel driver’s seat raises very easily and does not allow seat to swivel. Not sure how to fix or if parts are needed.

Sounds like the cable linkage from the lever to the seat release has broken or just come loose.
It takes a bit of laying in the floor and looking for loose ends to spot what has happened.
Basic idea is that you pull the lever and it moves a wire /cable that then pulls a lever which holds the seat from swiveling at the wrong time.
Somewhere along that cable, it has come loose.
Maybe the cable end broke off, maybe the attachments came loose?
Once located, look carefully how it all fit together before taking it all loose as some of it is not obvious once it's all laying in the floor!
Describe the part to a good parts guy and they often know the name of the funny little thing!

One way to get an idea of switch cable is to look at the passenger seat and play with the release switch to see what part holds it from swivel?

Just a quick FYI - your RV is a "Sunstar LX 27N" not a "Sunstar 27 XL." Knowing the exact model nomenclature will help you in the future when seeking help, parts and service. There is no such model as a "Sunstar 27XL."

I have a 2015 27N. It appears to me that Winnebago has been using the same power drivers seats in the Vista LX models for many years, so our seats are likely the same make and model. The lever to swivel the seat lifts with almost no effort when the seat is not facing forward.,It feels like I am stretching a weak spring as I lift the lever. The spring keeps it solidly in the down position so the seat can not rotate on its own under any situation after it 'clicks' into the facing forward position. The seat base is mounted to the floor with only 4 fasteners and there is only a single power feed cable if you want to remove and tip it on its side so you can try to visualize what has happened.
