2018 View 24V fresh water level not showing correctly

Let me preface by saying I don't know if this is something I missed when buying the unit in March of this year or if it happened during a Norcold repair soon after.
Tank, when filled all the way, shows 1/3 on the display panel. Soon after using a small amount of water it shows E, even though there is plenty of water
I do know that the refrigerator repair required pulling it out all the way including the monitor panel. Other functions and levels appear to be okay.

Just wondering if anyone is familiar with this particular problem,

Thanks
Andy

The tank levels are measured in absolutes.
E, 1/3, 2/3, F.
Once the water level drops below each sensor's physical position, the panel will show the next lowest level.
If you cause the water level to drop below the "1/3" sensor, it will register as "E".
It's normal.

Part is normal but not this part:
Tank, when filled all the way, shows 1/3 on the display panel.
I would assume that there is a wiring problem and it does happen to others.
From there it is still just pretty much the same. You can take it back and ask if they are responsible but without too much hope they will say yes or you can try to sort out what is wrong by looking it over , which also has some major questions if the damage was done when removing/reinstalling as the makes it likely the damage is hidden.

My bad. Missed the "tank full showing 1/3" part.
Agree, they've disconnected the 2/3 and F wires.

Further investigation required.
