2004 Ultimate Freedom Slide Issue

I have a 2004 Ultimate Freedom that I'm having an issue with one of the slides. This is the driver's side living room slide that extends out and drops down. Slide goes out just fine. When I try to pull the slide back in, it gets hung up on the lift. I have to give it a push to get it over the hump. Any ideas on a cause/fix?

Begin with checking the oil level is the reservoir, it should have a dip-stick on the bottom of the fill cap. If not, fill to ½-3/4 inch below the top with slide retracted.

This might come in handy: https://www.hwhcorp.com/ml17785_01_nom_pr_so.html
The first step is to accurately identify your slide, it will either be type A or B, then drill-down to your exact model # and follow the path.
