12V Defrost Fan Replacement - 2014 Vista 30T

Drivers side fan froze, blew a fuse, and then my backup camera went out. They are on the same circuit (stated the obvious )

So we are looking for a replacement fan. Googled it....the price ranges from $27 - $197 (e-trailer) and all seem to come with a toggle switch on the base (mine does not have this - its a 3wire direct to the dash switch, 2 speeds - Mfgr Commonwealth-couldnt find them).

Thought I would ask you folks... Anyone find a descent Chinese replacement??? Their all from China.

Much depends on what you prefer and how you use them? If simple and cheap, it's possible to get fans much cheaper and just lay them out or attach as you find works. But if they are something you actually use a lot, maybe worth paying a higher price for the same item and mounting.
When we had those, we rarely found a use for them, so we would have likely just ignored the failure!

There is no need to use the switch on the fan base. Leave it on all the time and turn it on/off with the same switch that controlled the old fan.by splicing wires together.

It would be easy to eliminate the switch on the base and wire direct like the old fan.

Home Depot sells them for $28.74
