It's an E450 F53 Chassis.

FordŽ E450 Chassis – 6.8L SOHC TritonŽ V10 engine, 305-hp, automatic transmission, TorqShift,™5-speed w/tow/haul feature. 4R100 Transmission.

Should use Mercon V. Most suggest a full synthetic.

Your 2008 rear axle is factory filled with synthetic gear lube. Ford says its not needed to change for 'life' of the axle. Certainly it's good for at least 100,000 miles on this one. There is no advantage to changing it. Ford said don't mess with it unless it's been under water.

If your RV doesn't have a Ford Owner's Manual here's a link to a PDF:
