Under-hood fuse box location for a 89 Minnie 426rt?

My minnie's A/C has kicked out just in time for the hot weather. It was just serviced, dyed and leak-tested 2 weeks ago, so I took a look under the hood and noticed that the A/C clutch wasn't engaging. First step is to check the fuse, right?

I looked for that fuse box for 30 minutes with no luck. I tried google, and I got answers all over the board. Does anyone know where the heck this is?

It's on a Econoline 350 platform with the 5.8L Windsor V8, if that helps. The closest wiring diagram I could find was from the 1990 year, and it's handwritten. The attachment below shows the box's section.


I'm scratching my head on this one, and I'll take any help I can get. Thank you!
